Who we are
Pursue Ability is a registered NDIS provider supporting people across New South Wales and Queensland since 2020.
We were founded to serve people too often underserved: people with significant psychosocial disability, people leaving hospital or custody, and people with high physical support needs. That focus still shapes how we work, who we hire and what we say yes to.

03 · From our Chief Executive Officer
My Nan was paralysed. Not for a season, not for a while. That was her life, and it was the world I grew up in. I did not come to this work through a business plan. I came to it through her.
I watched what good support did for her, and I watched what happened when it was not there. I learned early that the difference between a hard day and a good one is often just whether somebody turned up on time, and whether they treated her as a person with a life rather than a task on a run sheet.
That is really the whole of it. We are not here because disability support is a growing market. We are here because this is what we do, and because people deserve support built around their life rather than around ours.
So our commitment is plain. We are clear about what we can and cannot do. We do not promise outcomes we cannot deliver. If we are not the right provider for you, we will tell you, and we will help you find one who is.
My Nan did not need pity and she did not need paperwork. She needed people who turned up, and who treated her like herself. That is the whole job.

04 · Registration and standards
We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and assessed against the NDIS Practice Standards. Our staff work within screening, supervision and incident-reporting frameworks, and our complaints process is open to anyone, at any time.
