Scott has a decade of experience in Community Services and Disability with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit management.  

He has an in- depth skill in complex community engagement, policy analysis, advocacy,  communication, and strategic planning.  

Scott is a strong business development professional who can think critically and work collaboratively to gain greater results for individuals and organisations. 

Ajay Sharma
Chief - Compliance & Partnerships

Ajay is avid and high calibre professional who has led operations, business development, project management, change management and stakeholder engagement whilst converging on risks to deliver contractually compliant services and products. With extensive and sound experience initiating new projects, start-ups, programs within allied health, human, disability and community services for decade and a half.  

Ajay had comprehensively built digitally enabled and integrated systems delivering people-centric experiences and quality outcomes; with an attention to detail when it comes to compliance and building internal robust systems. He has a decade of experience in building strategic partnerships, networking and compliance.  

An expert at pioneering connections in public and private sectors, for a shared impact, by inventive responses to challenges through cross sector collaborations and partnerships. 

Ajay is equipped with the vision and purpose to drive organizational change, with a flexible aptitude and able to adapt positively to any challenges that arise. 

Ajay thrives on array of hobbies, including playing club cricket, participating in Walkathons / Runs (City to Surf), cricket coaching juniors / young adults, etc.   

EJ Malicdem
(Communications & Marketing Officer)

Elisia pursues equality and innovation. Her five years of experience in digital marketing and strategic communication implementation allows her to create compelling and meaningful brand storytelling.

Elisia believes that digital presence is a powerful tool that can educate people about invisible disabilities. By informing, we encourage the community to support and embrace inclusivity.

Elisia loves to create narrative videos on her own time. She often experiments on silent and colour graded clips. She also loves to read books. Her favourite author is C.S Lewis.

Helping people to reach their full potential so that they can live independently.
