Pursue: Partnering With Participants for Long‑Term Outcomes

At Pursue Ability, we partner with people who want more from their NDIS supports than “tick‑the‑box” services.

Participants and families come to us because they are looking for a team that listens, adapts and stays committed over the long term, not just during the easy moments. Our focus is on strong advocacy and dependable support. We take time to understand each person’s story, goals and preferences, and then work alongside them to navigate the NDIS, coordinate services and keep everyone on the same page.

This includes clear communication with support coordinators, clinicians, and other providers so plans turn into real, day‑to‑day outcomes. Creating a safe and secure environment is at the heart of what we do. We design supports and living arrangements that promote physical safety, emotional wellbeing and dignity. This might involve consistent staff, trauma‑informed approaches, and predictable routines so people feel settled and in control of their own lives. Stability over time helps people move from crisis to growth.

By maintaining steady relationships and a reliable support team, participants are better able to focus on building skills, pursuing education or work, reconnecting with community, and reducing contact with justice, hospital and crisis services. Ultimately, “Pursue” is about supporting each person to increase their quality of life and connection to self and community. For some, that means greater independence at home; for others, it may be stronger social connections, improved mental health, or the confidence to try new things. Whatever the goal, we walk alongside people as a consistent partner in their journey, not as a last option, but as a considered choice.
